In addition, we offer two ways for advertisers to layer IP targeting to our contextual targeting capabilities:
In-Market Targeting
Target weather.com users who are viewing weather information for a DMA and whose IP address is also based in that DMA. For example, someone viewing an Orlando forecast page whose IP address is also from Orlando.
Out-of-Market Targeting
Target weather.com users who are viewing weather information for a DMA but whose IP address is not based
in that DMA.
This option is a good fit for advertisers in the travel industry.
